Girls Win Sub-Regional Title
Thirteen girls advanced to the Regional Tournament and two Jaguars won their weights as our girls team came from 30 points back to win the SPSL Tournament.

Wrestler earn honors at Banquet
Check out the awards page for a summary of team awards that were presented at the post-season banquet. Career and season records have also been updated.
State Tournament Results
Five state placers: James Souza lost to a tough opponent in the finals to take 2nd at 171. Colten Williams bounced back from a loss in the semi-finals to place third. Jonnie Mooney lost his first match in the tournament, then battled through an injury to come back and place 5th. As a team the boys placed 12th.
For the girls, Dani Andrews became only the second ER girl to reach the semi-finals, losing the the eventual champ. Andrews placed fourth. Jennifer Anderson lost her second match to a defending state champ, then avenged an earlier loss to guarantee a top-6 finish, and ended up earning a fifth place medal in a very competitive weight class. The girls were 18th out of 97 teams.

Regional results
Five boys and four girls placed in the top four at their respective regional tournaments. James Souza and Colten Williams won regional titles, while Jonnie Mooney, Jennifer Anderson and Dani Andrews placed third and John Morrison, Nico Lopez, Meghan Kajca and Karistionna Carlile placed fourth. All advance to state.
Girls Squad 4A Academic State Champions
We just received confirmation that our girls squad has won the 2011 WIAA Academic State Championship for the 4A Girls. This is the first academic state title for our program, and the third in school history.

Girls are SPSL Tournament Champs
With nine wrestlers moving on to Regionals, the girls won the Sub-Regional Tournament Championships, which included all of the 4A SPSL schools. Dani Andrews and Imani Hampton are league champs, while Jennifer Anderson and Karistionna Carlile finished second. Meghan Kajca, Jasmine Pitzler, Kelsie Helman, Alex Herring and Ashana Armstrong all finished third.
Six boys on to Regionals
Three boys won league titles: James Souza, Colten Williams, and Jonnie Mooney. John Morrison and Nico Lopez were third, while Cameron Olson finished fourth.
On January 10, an all-star team from the south Puget Sound competed against the Japanese team touring Washington state.
