The Jaguars started off the season with a win over Spanaway Lake, beating the Sentinels 56-9 and winning 11 of 13 matches. Six varsity of the matches were won by pin along with one technical fall. The JV team won their match 52-12, winning 12 of 15 matches.

Wilfong Tournament @ Puyallup HS

5th Place

With only 11 wrestlers competing in the Wilfong Invitational, the Jaguars managed to place seven wrestlers in the top 4. Both wrestlers in the finals lost to state champions from Orting HS as Nick Webster and Kevin Wills both finished 2nd. Third place finishers included sophomore Gabe Weber, and seniors Jordon Smith and TJ Smith. Bryce Horey and Jade Anderson both finished in 4th place.

December 10 Larry Brown Tournament @ Fife HS

Senior Geoff Nelson and sophomore Braedan Binkiewicz both finished in third place in this varsity tournament. Seven others placed fifth: Marcus Showalter, Daniel Kuhn, Jake Zanoni, David Wicklund, John Lopez, Jon Snyder, and Alex Flori.

December 10 Franklin Pierce JV Tournament

Twenty-two Jaguars competed in the FP JV Tournament, which had over 400 wrestlers.

First Place: Kyle Snyder, Kyler Koppelman.
Second Place: Mitch Myler, Jon Morris, Andrew Avila, Kevin Weeks, Jason Trapp, Brayden Goodier, Ryan Kusche, Murray Bryan.
Third Place: Bryce Kitchens, Travis Kienholz, Mitch Johnson, Sean Tracy, Zach Wheeler, Colton Casteele, Roman Cruz, Colt Gordon, Jordan Ruhle.
Fourth Place: Kenny Velasco, Casey Lockhart, Don Lee.
